1. Educational Purpose Disclaimer

All services provided are for educational and informational purposes only. The guidance, strategies, and recommendations offered are not guaranteed to result in specific outcomes, including but not limited to employment, promotions, or workplace resolutions.

2. No Legal or Professional Advice

The services provided do not constitute legal advice. You understand and agree that the Consultant is not acting as an attorney, and any information shared should not be interpreted as legal counsel. For legal matters, you should seek a licensed attorney.

3. No Guarantees of Results

While every effort is made to provide high-quality guidance and support, results may vary based on individual effort, experience, market conditions, and other external factors. No guarantees are made regarding job placement, interview success, salary increases, or workplace outcomes.

4. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. Services provided are intended to support and guide, but all final decisions remain with you.

5. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full prior to the start of the session or delivery of services. No work will begin until payment has been received and confirmed.

6. No Refund Policy (Non-Refundable Fees)

All payments made for services, including but not limited to Discovery Calls, Strategy Sessions, Resume Services, and service packages, are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed services.
• No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or failure to attend scheduled appointments.
• No refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction once services have been rendered.

7. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice.

• Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
• No-shows will result in the loss of the session without refund.

8. Scope of Services

Services are limited to those explicitly listed and agreed upon at the time of purchase. Additional work or revisions outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

9. Confidentiality

Client information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law.

10. Communication Boundaries

Communication outside scheduled sessions is limited unless expressly included within the purchased service or package.

11. Intellectual Property

All resumes, templates, coaching materials, worksheets, documents, and strategies remain the intellectual property of HR-RN Consulting and are provided solely for your personal use. They may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared without written permission.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service offered by HR-RN Consulting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
